1. 一般条款 当您于 HEY! ROKU 下单,即表示您已阅读、理解并同意本条款与细则。HEY! ROKU 提供日本及台湾代购服务,商品将依照顾客需求向品牌官方、实体店铺、百货公司或授权通路进行采购。本店工作日为星期一至星期五,周末及马来西亚公共假期暂停作业。 2. 代购服务 HEY! ROKU 为代购服务提供者。顾客下单后,即表示授权 HEY! ROKU 代为购买指定商品。由于商品库存状况由品牌方及店家决定,部分商品可能于采购前发生以下情况如缺货,售罄,停产,限购或无法取得。若商品最终无法成功购得,顾客可选择全额退款或更换其他商品。 3. 订单与付款 所有订单皆须完成付款后方会进行采购或出货安排。付款前请确认商品款式、颜色、尺寸、数量、收件地址及联络方式皆填写正确。付款完成后,恕不接受任何修改、取消或更换订单内容。商品加入购物车不代表保留库存,商品仍有可能于任何时间售罄或下架。 4. 商品库存 所有商品库存皆以实际采购时店家库存为准。HEY! ROKU 将尽力协助完成采购,但无法保证所有商品皆可成功购得。若商品于采购期间确认缺货或无法取得,我们将主动通知顾客并安排退款或更换商品。缺货商品退款将于确认后 7 个工作日内完成。 5. 出货与配送 网站、社群媒体或公告所提供之出货及到货时间皆为预估时间,并非保证日期。实际配送时间可能受到以下因素影响如店家出货时间,国际物流运输,海关查验与清关作业,物流公司延误,天候因素或公共假期。HEY! ROKU 不对第三方物流公司或海关所造成之延误负责。若订单包含多件商品,将于商品全数到齐后统一出货。如顾客要求拆单出货,可能需额外支付运费。 6. 现货与预购商品 现货商品于付款完成后,通常于 1–3 个工作日内安排出货。预购商品需经采购及国际运输流程,实际处理时间将依商品供货状况及供应商安排而有所不同。 7. 商品状况与包装 商品图片仅供参考,实际商品可能因拍摄光线、荧幕设定或生产批次而略有差异。因荧幕显示、拍摄环境或光线所造成之色差,不视为商品瑕疵。商品尺寸可能因测量方式或制造因素而有约 1–3 公分误差。以下情况不属于商品瑕疵如线头,轻微胶痕,微小刮痕,轻微污点,制程差异,其他不影响商品功能或整体外观之细微状况。鞋盒、纸袋、吊牌及外包装于运输过程中可能产生折痕,凹陷,刮痕,挤压痕迹或轻微磨损。上述情况属正常运输状况,不列入退换货或退款范围。 8. 退货、换货与退款 所有代购商品皆依顾客需求进行采购,因此恕不接受以下原因之取消、退货、退款或换货申请,如个人因素,尺寸选择错误,颜色选择错误,个人喜好或配送延迟。以下情况可申请售后处理,如收到错误商品,商品存在重大制造瑕疵或收到损坏商品。顾客须于收到商品后 5 天内联系客服,并提供清晰照片作为证明。退回商品需符合以下条件如未使用,未清洗,保持原始状态,吊牌完整保留或原包装完整。超过 5 天提出之申请,HEY! ROKU 有权不予受理。 9. 包裹遗失责任 所有包裹皆由第三方物流公司负责配送。当 HEY! ROKU 提供物流追踪号码及配送证明后,即视为已完成寄送责任。若包裹因物流公司造成遗失、延迟、遭窃或配送异常,HEY! ROKU 将协助顾客向物流公司查询,但不承担相关赔偿责任。建议顾客直接联系物流公司处理配送相关问题。 10. 关税与税金(马来西亚以外订单适用) 寄送至马来西亚以外地区之订单,可能因收件国家或地区之规定而产生关税,进口税,消费税(GST / VAT),清关费用,手续费或其他政府规费。上述费用皆由顾客自行承担。HEY! ROKU 无法控制各国海关规定、税务政策或进口要求,亦无法预先估算相关费用。建议顾客于下单前向当地海关或相关单位查询适用规定。 11. 价格调整 商品价格可能因汇率变动、供应商调价、促销活动或市场状况而调整,恕不另行通知。若商品于购买后参与促销活动、折扣活动或价格调整,恕不提供补差价或退款服务。
1. General By placing an order with HEY! ROKU, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. HEY! ROKU provides a Japan & Taiwan purchasing service on behalf of customers. All products are sourced from official retailers, brand stores, department stores, or authorized channels. Our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. 2. Japan Proxy Service HEY! ROKU acts as a purchasing service provider. By placing an order, customers authorize HEY! ROKU to purchase products on their behalf. As product availability depends on the retailer, certain items may become sold out, discontinued, purchase-restricted, or unavailable before the purchase is completed. If an item cannot be purchased, customers may choose a full refund or replacement item. 3. Ordering & Payment Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully received. Please ensure all order information, including product selection, size, color, quantity, delivery address, and contact details, is correct before making payment. No amendments, cancellations, or changes can be made after payment has been completed. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved and may become unavailable at any time. 4. Product Availability Product availability is subject to actual stock conditions at the retailer. Although we do our best to secure requested items, we cannot guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable during the purchasing process, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly. Refunds for unavailable items will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation. 5. Shipping & Delivery Estimated delivery timeframes provided on our website, social media, or announcements are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery schedules may be affected by retailer processing time, international transportation, customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions or public holidays. HEY! ROKU shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped together once all items have arrived. If customers request separate shipments, additional shipping charges may apply. 6. Ready Stock & Pre-Order Items Ready Stock items will generally be shipped within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation. Pre-order items require purchasing and international shipping. Processing time varies depending on product availability and supplier conditions. 7. Product Condition & Packaging Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual item. Color differences caused by screen settings, lighting conditions, or photography are not considered defects. Measurements may vary by approximately 1–3 cm depending on manufacturing and measurement methods. Minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product are not considered defects, including but not limited to loose threads, minor glue marks, small scratches, minor stains or manufacturing variations. Product packaging, shoe boxes, shopping bags, tags, and protective materials may experience minor dents, folds, scratches, or wear during transportation. These are not considered product defects and are not eligible for refund or exchange. 8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds As all proxy items are specially sourced based on customer requests, orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, personal preference or delayed delivery. Refunds and exchanges will only be considered in the following situations like incorrect item sent, major manufacturing defect or item damaged before delivery. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the parcel and provide clear photos for verification. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, with original tags attached or in original packaging. Requests submitted after 5 days may not be accepted. 9. Lost Parcels All shipments are handled by third-party courier providers. Once tracking information has been provided and delivery proof is available, HEY! ROKU shall not be responsible for parcels lost, delayed, stolen, or mishandled by the courier service. Customers are encouraged to contact the courier directly regarding delivery-related issues. 10. Customs Duties & Taxes (Excluding Malaysia) For orders shipped outside of Malaysia, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, handling fees, or other charges may be imposed by the destination country's customs authorities. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. HEY! ROKU has no control over customs regulations, tax policies, or import requirements of individual countries and is unable to estimate these charges in advance. Customers are advised to check with their local customs authorities prior to placing an order. 11. Price Adjustments Prices may change without prior notice due to exchange rates, supplier pricing, promotional campaigns, or market conditions. Price differences resulting from promotions or discounts after purchase are not eligible for refunds or adjustments.
