退款政策 Refund Policy
若您的订单商品遇到缺货、售罄或无法购得之情况,我们将于代购期间透过 WhatsApp 或 Instagram 私讯通知您。
您可以选择:
• 更换其他颜色或尺寸(依实际库存状况而定)
• 更换其他商品
• 等待本次代购行程结束后确认最终库存状况
由于代购商品皆为连线期间实际采购,我们将于代购期间持续协助寻找商品或确认补货情况。商品是否确定缺货,将以本次代购行程最后一天之采购结果为准。
若商品于代购结束后仍无法购得,我们将于代购行程结束后 1–7 个工作天内安排退款。
若您选择更换其他商品:
• 若更换商品金额低于原商品,我们将退还差额。
• 若更换商品金额高于原商品,需补足差额后方可完成订单。
若因部分商品缺货导致订单无法完整出货,我们将于出货前主动通知您,并针对无法提供之商品安排退款。
请注意,退款仅适用于无法代购或无法完成采购之商品。商品一经成功购买后,恕不接受因个人因素取消订单、退货、换货或退款。
If any item in your order is out of stock or sold out, we will notify you via WhatsApp or Instagram Direct Message during the purchasing period.
Customers may choose to:
• Switch to another color or size (subject to availability)
• Replace the item with another product
• Wait until the end of the purchasing trip for a final availability check
As this is a personal shopping service, we will continue checking stores and restocks throughout the trip whenever possible. Final confirmation of item availability will be made on the last day of the purchasing trip.
If the item remains unavailable after all sourcing attempts, a refund will be processed within 1–7 business days after the trip has concluded.
If you choose to replace the unavailable item with another product:
• If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be refunded.
• If the replacement item is higher in price, the customer will be required to pay the price difference before the order is confirmed.
In cases where part of an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, we will notify the customer before shipment and arrange a refund for the unavailable item(s).
Please note that refunds are only applicable for items that cannot be sourced or purchased. Once an item has been successfully purchased, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted.
